Orders overview
The overview page is the starting point after login. You see all latest sales immediately.
Open or close your shop in one click. Same goes for the sold out status. Take it easy and open the shop after you created your tickets and promo codes.
The search field. Find any order in a split second.
By filtering orders you get a quick overview of all unpaid invoices for example.
A graph of the number of orders in the last week gives you a quick insight in the ticket sales.
You know exactly how much you turned over, some hardcore stats.
Fees show you the total of transaction costs and administration fees. All costs are included, also the credit card fees.
The name of your event with an indication that the shop is open for business.
Orders overzicht
The overview page is the starting point after login. Get immediate insight in the latest orders.
If you cancel an order, Paydro automatically creates a credit invoice. IN the order overview credit invoices are marked grey and the original order is marked blue. In case a credit card has been use Paydro can also refund the money automaticcally.
The green color indicates that an order has been paid. This can be online payments or via a banktransfer.
Orange is used to indicate that the payment is not yet received (for orders via invoice).
Orders by invoice that haven't been paid for longer then 14 days are marked red. Paydro sends a payment reminder to the customer automaticcally.
Each order gets an invoice ID. You can determine with wich number Paydro should start and if Paydro should send the onvoices to your customers (recommended for B2B events) . This way your administration is always on the spot and you don't have any hassle before and after your event.
Overview of attendees
In one overview you have all information about your attendees. Export the attendee info to several formats.
Download a vCard of all your attendees. You can import this file in Microsoft Outlook, Apple Addressbook, or Google Apps.
A CSV download of the attendees is available for you to use in Excel or Numbers (Apple). Mainly used for printing purposes and excel wizardy stuff.
Use XML to connect your database with other web services.
Search within Attendees
New event
Create as many ticekt shops as you want. Each shop has its own unique URL e.g. https://myevent.paydro.net. A ticket shop contains one or multiple events.
Leave some details about your event. This info is used in your opnline shop and on the invoices / tickets.
Chose your currency. Paydro accepts payments in Euros (€), Brittish Pounds (£) and US dollars ($).
Type in the % VAT you're charging, this depends on your location and structure of your company
The online address where your ticket shop can be reached. For example: myevent.paydro.net
Determine if you want your shop to be visible for search engines or not.
By turning the promocode inout box off, you'll get less questions of people who want a discount. Flexible pricing with promo codes can still be used though.
Can Paydro feature you on his websoite?
This info is used in all communication withyour customers and on the bottom of the shop.Deze gegevens worden gebruikt voor alle communicatie en staan onder aan in de shop vermeld. Alle facturen worden dus vanaf je eigen email adres verstuurd.
Next to the Terms of Service of Paydro, you can determine your own specific terms for your event. Customers have to agree with these terms in order to finish the order process.
Product overview
This overview shows which products are available in yor shop and in which order.
The name of your product group. This name is also shown in the shop.
An event ticket, or other product. the green icon indicates that the product is for sale in the shop.
Drag and drop tickets and product groups to determine in which order they are shown in the shop.
A red icon indicates that the ticket is invisible.
An indication how many tickets of the total available tickets are already sold. You can adjust the number of available tickets at any time.
New product
Paydro is flexible, you can create as many different tickets as you want and determine which tickets are available in the shop by default and which are only activated after using a promo code.
The capacity determines how many of this particular ticket can be sold
Name your price (excluding VAT), Paydro shows you what the price including VAT will be. You can chose if you want prices to be shown including VAT (for B2C evens) or exclusing VAT (for B2B events) in the shop.
When checked, the customer data will be included in your attendee list.
Chose your discount strategy for this ticket.
For each product group you can ask additional questions. Here you can decide if you want those additional questions to be asked when this product is bought.
